Report on the Project Workshop: “Innovate & Create”
The Department of English of KSHM Arts & Science College, Edathanattukara, in association with IQAC, organized a workshop titled “Innovate & Create: A Project Workshop” on 15 September (Monday). The session was conducted in the Seminar Hall of the college from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The workshop was facilitated by Sirajudheen P, Assistant Professor, Department of English, MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad. The principal objective of this academic initiative was to guide students in the methodology and technicalities of preparing academic projects. The resource person emphasized different dimensions of project writing, including topic selection, research design, data collection, formatting, and analytical presentation.
The interactive nature of the session encouraged participants to clarify doubts and engage in discussions relating to research challenges. The workshop successfully familiarized students with the essential strategies and tools required for effective project development, particularly within the discipline of English Studies.
The event proved highly beneficial for final-year undergraduate students who are preparing for their mandatory academic project work. The Department of English, supported by IQAC, ensured the smooth organization of the programme, reflecting the institution’s commitment to enhancing research aptitude and academic competency among learners.
